Based on his new appearance seen in this EPIC preview of RockMan Online [link]

-Ok, ElecMan is freaking HARD to draw, for some reason, that damn mask of his just never wants to cooperate. Having said that, I finally fixed it thanks to his new model.

-He went through some more changes than other Robors from the first game. His arms are finally MEGAMAN huge, his armor seems more stiff, and his thunder bolt on his head is bigger.

-I wanted to draw him in the classic pose, but his awkward armor never cooperated XP
